This is a cool piece if you ask me this vintage iron is not marked but widely known as the coleman model 4a iron made in the 1930s. These were made before coleman switched to camping gear. They were powered by gas, as opposed to having to use a heat source in order to get an iron hot. It features a wooden handle, a vintage light blue enamel finish with rust on the metal parts. It is definitely in worn vintage condition, and i can't help but think about all the clothes this piece ironed in it's day.
It is missing the original bulb gas tank/steamer that was once connected on the back when it was in working condition. It would make a really cool decoration in a rustic farmhouse or a one-of-a-kind paperweight for a friend or husband who never irons haha.
Measures 6 1/2 tall x 4 wide x 9 long. This item is made of enamel and wood, metal.
