An antique silver plated warming plate it has the mode settings on the cord from 1-3 and off the indicator bulb doesn't work but it heats up very good and in very good condition for an item over 100 years the warming surface is 12 1/4 inches long by 8 1/4 inches wide the overall measurements are 15 3/4 long 81/4 wide and 2 3/8 high and weights 7 pounds 10 ounces.
